TD SYNNEX Redefines Partner Communities with Targeted Support and Collaboration Framework

TD SYNNEX has rolled out a new structure for its North American partner communities, designed to better align with how partners operate and grow in today’s shifting technology landscape. The new framework, branded as PartnerLINK, introduces a more targeted approach that connects partners by specialization or geography, enabling them to tap into customized benefits and collaboration opportunities.

The PartnerLINK program includes four distinct communities: Ascend for digital transformation-focused partners, Advantage for infrastructure modernization specialists, a Canada-specific group, and a public sector community. Each community is structured around a shared focus area, encouraging more relevant networking, support, and co-growth among peers.

The initiative builds on the foundation of TD SYNNEX’s previous community programs, evolving them into a more flexible model that provides access to early adoption programs, dedicated support teams, and exclusive incentives. Partners will also benefit from a centralized member hub for 24/7 engagement and tools centered on four core principles: Lead, Innovate, Network, and Knowledge.

The new format is aimed at helping partners better respond to market shifts, drive customer engagement, and modernize their service offerings.
