SuperOps Bolsters its RMM Platform with ISL Online’s Remote Access Tools

SuperOps has added deeper remote access capabilities from ISL Online to the SuperOps unified PSA-RMM platform to provide expanded features for MSPs and their customers.

By integrating ISL Online’s remote access capabilities into SuperOps, MSPs and their customers gain broader remote support sessions directly within the SuperOps platform, reducing complexity, cutting time spent using separate applications, and reducing tech support requirements, the companies said.

The integration also leverages Single Sign-On (SSO) and granular role-based access controls, which helps ensure that only authorized personnel can access client data and computing environments, while providing a robust audit trail to meet compliance requirements, the companies said. By bringing ISL Online’s features together with the SuperOps PSA and RMM platform, MSPs and their customers gain unified workflows, centralized management of remote support operations, and a comprehensive view of the entire IT service delivery ecosystem.

“This integration with ISL Online represents a significant step forward for SuperOps,” Arvind Parthiban, co-founder and CEO of SuperOps, told ChannelE2E. “By strategically embedding ISL Online's robust and reliable remote access, we are not just adding a feature, we are architecting a more unified and resilient operational foundation for our customers and the wider MSP community.”

ISL Online’s software allows MSPs and customers to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including accessing unattended devices, offering remote support to end users, transferring files, supporting multiple monitors, recording user sessions, and more by accessing these capabilities through their SuperOps dashboard.

“The collaboration between SuperOps and ISL Online marks a significant advancement in providing MSPs with a more unified and efficient remote support experience,” said Parthiban. “Both companies are dedicated to the ongoing development of this partnership, with a shared commitment to exploring future enhancements that will further empower their mutual user base.

The addition of deeper remote support capabilities to the SuperOps platform “is a cornerstone of MSPs’ service delivery,” said Parthiban. “While we already provided remote access capabilities, our integration with ISL Online elevates this to a new level, providing our customers with a best-in-class solution and greater flexibility. This enhancement strengthens our RMM capabilities significantly, transforming SuperOps into an even more indispensable platform for managing the complexities of modern IT environments.”

SuperOps ISL Online Product Integration Eases the Way for MSPs - Analysts

“This is pretty cool,” Shelly Kramer, founder and principal analyst with Kramer&Co., told ChannelE2E. “Anytime vendors make it easier to serve customers more effectively and securely, that is a good thing. The integration of ISL online with SuperOps' AI-powered program enables IT technicians to provide remote support more easily within a secure platform, eliminating the need to jump through unnecessary hoops.”

And for busy MSPs, the security improvements that are generated through the integration “demonstrate a foundational focus on security, providing both MSPs and their customers with peace of mind,” said Kramer. “In short, it solves very real problems that customers have. It could also provide a significant competitive differentiator, and it could very well help spur growth as well.”

Another analyst, Rob Enderle, principal analyst with Enderle Group, said he believes that “integrated product offerings are favored with customers over ad-hoc groupings of parts from separate vendors. This pre-integration removes a great deal of risk from any blended company and product solutions, making them far more valuable as a result.”

The pairing of the products “removes much of the effort typically needed to integrate an offering between two separate companies,” which should make it more useful for MSPs and their customers, said Enderle. “It depends on what alternatives are available and whether the integration is executed well – not all of them work out as planned – but generally, assuming they do an adequate job, this is something that will grow with the companies.”
