Kaseya Unveils Practical AI-Driven Tools and Commercial Flexibility at Connect 2025

Kaseya kicked off its Connect 2025 event in Las Vegas by rolling out a wave of product and policy updates designed to simplify IT operations, enhance security, and improve service efficiency for MSPs and internal IT teams. With a growing demand for integrated, cost-effective solutions, Kaseya’s latest announcements reflect the company’s focus on delivering operational efficiency and automating routine tasks across its expanding platform.

The latest updates to the Kaseya 365 platform, including the introduction of Kaseya 365 Ops, apply AI and automation to help IT teams reduce repetitive workloads and improve service performance. According to early users, the platform is delivering substantial time savings—averaging 160 hours per month—which can translate into higher productivity without increasing headcount. The company also debuted Kaseya SIEM, integrating RocketCyber and SaaS Alerts data to provide unified threat detection and response capabilities tailored for customers who need robust coverage without enterprise-level complexity or cost.

Kaseya also introduced changes to its commercial policies, offering free-to-use Datto backup hardware for up to three devices per customer. This move helps reduce upfront expenses for partners while maintaining consistent backup and recovery standards. Additionally, the reintroduction of the Datto ALTO 5, a 2TB encrypted backup device priced at the 1TB tier, brings greater storage and security value to SMBs.

Alongside these announcements, Kaseya’s Spring 2025 release also brought updates across its product suite. IT Glue now supports automated SOP generation via Cooper Copilot, helping teams standardize documentation with minimal manual input. KaseyaOne adds customer-facing billing controls, while Datto BCDR enables faster recovery resource cleanup. Improvements in Datto RMM, Vorex, and Datto Endpoint Backup focus on ease of access, multilingual AI support, and version-specific file restores.
