Exaforce Secures $75M to Advance Multi-Model AI for Security Operations

Exaforce has raised $75 million in Series A funding to expand its agentic security operations center (SOC) platform, which integrates AI agents and advanced data processing techniques to address long-standing inefficiencies in SOC environments. Founded in 2023, the startup is positioning itself to reduce human effort in SOC workflows by embedding intelligence directly into the security stack, with the aim of improving detection, investigation, and response outcomes while reducing operational overhead.

At the core of the platform are AI agents, or “Exabots,” that combine large language models with semantic, statistical, and behavioral models to drive decision-making. Rather than relying solely on LLMs—which are prone to hallucinations and can struggle to scale across security datasets—Exaforce’s multi-model approach allows the platform to extract meaning from high-volume telemetry, map relationships in behavior, and enable accurate reasoning across a wide scope of events. This structure is intended to alleviate pressure on analysts by automating tedious tasks like log correlation and ticket triage, while still offering transparent and repeatable insights.

The platform targets key SOC pain points, including alert fatigue, cloud threat visibility, and skill shortages. Traditional SOC tools often fall short in cloud-native environments, leaving detection engineers to fill the gap with custom scripts and manual processes. Exaforce’s AI engine is built to handle cloud-specific telemetry and security events with higher granularity, aiming to streamline investigations and reduce false positives without requiring more personnel.

The funding round was co-led by Khosla Ventures, Mayfield, and Thomvest Ventures. With the investment, Exaforce plans to scale development, expand market reach, and strengthen its ability to deliver scalable, AI-driven SOC solutions that address today’s volume, speed, and complexity of cyber threats. As enterprise security demands evolve, the company’s focus remains on delivering a platform that helps security teams act faster, reduce fatigue, and regain control of their operational workflows.
