Cato Networks has redesigned its global partner program which is now aimed at simplifying and accelerating secure access service edge (SASE) adoption across the channel. The updated initiative—branded as the Cato Networks Channel First Partner Program—introduces a more flexible structure with tiered engagement models, specialization tracks, and zero upfront financial obligations for new partners. At the core of the program is the Cato Managed SASE (MSASE) Partner Platform, launched in 2024, which remains a foundational tool for onboarding, certification, and multi-tenant SASE delivery. With market momentum shifting toward consolidated, single-vendor SASE solutions, the revamped program is positioned to help partners better align with enterprise needs and scale recurring revenue opportunities.Key elements of the program include a modular go-to-market structure accommodating various partner types—from resellers and MSPs to agents and distributors. A simplified two-tier model—Starter and Advanced—offers differentiated support and benefits tied to partner engagement and performance. All partners gain free access to the MSASE platform, along with tools to support upselling, customer onboarding, and co-branded marketing efforts.Partners using the Cato platform exclusively can earn a “Powered by Cato” designation, a marker now adopted by more than 150 companies globally. Cato will also continue offering its Distinguished Support Provider (CDSP) accreditation to recognize partners with proven service delivery capabilities. Altogether, the new program underscores Cato’s shift toward a partner-led growth strategy built around predictable margins, operational transparency, and scalable service models.
