Legal Services MSP M&A: Salesforce Consultancy Cloud Mentor Acquires BeSpokean

Cloud Mentor, a Salesforce cloud consultancy and integrator, has acquired BeSpokean, a cloud consulting firm and Filevine partner. Both businesses focus heavily on the law firms. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cloud Mentor, founded in 2016, is based in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania. The company has 94 employees listed on LinkedIn. Cloud Mentor's staff has earned more than 40 Salesforce certifications. Additional areas of expertise include Accounting SeedERP solutions, plus Advologix and Litify law firm management software. Cloud Mentor's services include data migration, data analytics and third-party integrations.

Cloud Mentor is part of iVanik, a software development and consulting firm in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

BeSpokean is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Headcount figures for the company were not disclosed. Spokean’s team includes paralegals who offer legal software implementation services.

Executive Leadership

BeSpokean will be led by the newly appointed COO Peggy Sheppard. Peggy will be working closely with Cloud Mentor COO Eric Guzy, the companies said.
